Report: Emmis Again Postpones Shareholder Vote Emmis has once again postponed a vote on its go-private transaction while it continues to negotiate with preferred shareholders, Indiana Business Journal reports. A board meeting is set for August 13 to discuss the matter. Chairman/CEO Jeff Smulyan, whose JS Acquisition is leading the bid, reportedly did not attend Friday's shareholder meeting.
