Clear Channel announced that Richard Bressler will become President and Chief Financial Officer of CC Media Holdings and Clear Channel Communications, and Chief Financial Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings. He will report directly to Chairman and CEO Robert Pittman. Bressler has served as CFO of Time Warner and Viacom and Managing Director at Thomas H. Lee Partners.

Miller purchased KXLW in St. Louis in 1958. He added KADI-FM in 1969. In 1995 Miller sold his stations when he became chairman of Truman Bank in Clayton. He was inducted into the St. Louis Radio Hall of Fame in 2005, and was due to be honored at the Second Annual Classic Rock Radio Reunion next month in St. Charles.

Quillen worked at WXBQ in Bristol, Va. for more than two decades, left for a job at WAXM in Norton about a year ago. Quillen started in radio back in the 1980's as a WXBQ part-timer and station mascot. One the air, he started in the evenings and got the morning job in the 90's. Quillen died at his home in Lebanon, Virginia.
