In case you were wondering the Janet Jackson half-time show incident, which average Americans have long since forgotten about is still an issue for the court system. Yesterday the U.S. Court of Appeals reaffirmed a 2008 decision rejecting a CBS $550,000 fine.
The incident, which took place nearly 8 years ago, featured Jackson and Justin Timberlake dancing, where a certain upper body part of hers was exposed for all the world to see for less than a second.
