Cumulus Shareholders Approve Reverse Stock Split. The vote among
Cumulus Media shareholders took place today and becomes effective at 5:00 pm ET. This move consists of a 1-for-8 reverse split – eight shares
of the company's Class A common stock will be converted into one share – to increase the price of each share. There will be no fractional shares issued; they will be rounded up to whole shares. This obviously results in a reduction of the number of authorized shares of common stock. Cumulus Media's stock has been trading for less than $ 0.75 per share for most of the past year.
