KVET-FM in Austin makes the announcement that country music star Pat Green will join its Mosser & Hudson Morning Show, effective immediately. Green will co-host through the month of June. Green has recorded 10 studio albums, with 15 singles making the Billboard Hot Country Song charts and a Grammy nomination.
Changes in the syndication business continue as long-time Westwood One Senior V.P. Dennis Green jumps to Cumulus. It was announced last week that Dial-Global and Westwood One were merging and with Cumulus purchasing Citadel, they also get Citadel Media. Green informed his staff this morning that he was leaving after 15 years with Westwood. He's been their Vice President of Affiliate Sales and head of Broadcast Operations. With Cumulus, Green's title will be the same and he starts when the Citadel deal closes.

There will be many new ideas that we will bring to the table and I can?t wait to get started.?

Krasny is appointed Senior Vice President / General Manager Entertainment Division and Affiliate Sales. In this capacity, Max will lead affiliate sales efforts for all Westwood One programming, as well as continue to oversee the Company?s entertainment properties and events such as The Billy Bush Show, Rocsi on the Radio, the GRAMMY Awards and MTV Networks partnership. He will be based in Los Angeles and report directly to Westwood One President Rod Sherwood.

Max Krasny has been with Westwood One for nearly 15 years and has had integral roles in production, affiliate sales, advertising sales and programming. In 2006, Krasny took responsibility for the Entertainment Division, overseeing all programming, and is closely involved with advertising and affiliate sales for Music and Entertainment properties. Prior to joining Westwood One, Krasny held programming and production positions with Infinity / CBS Radio and Susquehanna Broadcasting.
