Donna Hall (pictured) previously Group VP with Cox Media ? the media sales division of Cox Communications ? returns to CMG to lead the five-station Atlanta radio group as VP and GM. Ben Reed, previously VP and general manager in Atlanta, will now lead San Antonio?s seven-station group. Dan Lawrie, previously VP and general manager in San Antonio, now leads Tulsa?s four-station group. Lawrie replaces Gene Vidler who is no longer with the company.

Ben Billingsley joins Nielsen from The Horn Group as the new SVP, Global Watch Marketing and Communications. Flavie Lemarchand-Wood is given an expanded role at Nielsen as VP, Deputy Communications Director, Global Watch Marketing and Communications, reporting to Billingsley. And, Kristie Stegen is given an expanded role with the company as Global Head of Internal Communications and will report to Chief Communications Officer Laura Nelson. Nelson said, "The incredible experience and expertise that Ben, Flavie, and Kristie bring to this team will play a huge role in shaping the Nielsen story globally. Nielsen's messaging and reputation couldn't be in better hands."

Clear Channel's KBME in Houston has moved Fox's syndicated sports talker Jay Mohr from the 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to the 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. slot. Matt Thomas, who is a local host, will move into the 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. slot (from 2 p.m.-4 p.m.). The station is also moving Charlie Pallilo, who hosts The Drive Home, into the 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. slot. Pallilo was on from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The changes make the station live and local from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

ESPN 1000 gets a new lineup April 1 when Waddle & Silvy and Carmen & Jurko switch timeslots and Colin Cowherd debuts in Chicago. Former Chicago Bear Tom Waddle and Marc "Silvy" Silverman move to afternoons (2-6 p.m. CT). John "Jurko" Jurkovic and Carmen DeFalco will be heard middays (10 a.m.-2 p.m.). ESPN 1000 picks up the first hour of Colin Cowherd (9-10 a.m.), which also makes its Chicago debut April 1. Mike & Mike retain their morning drive slot.

Dial Global and the NBC Sports Group are making programming moves as they prepare to fill out their roster to go live 24/7 April 1. Weeknight host Erik Kuselias will move to morning drive and Sunday morning host Jon Stashower will take over the 7-10 p.m. Monday-Friday slot. Dial Global Executive VP/GM Chris Corcoran said, ?I can?t wait to fire up morning drive with EK and break open the playing field. And we're thrilled to give Stash his own weekday show. He's a consistent, solid performer who grabs listeners' attention and keeps them tuned in."

At management meetings in New York Clear Channel announced to the troops that Brian Olson and Kevin Legrett have been promoted to Senior VP's. Olson was Market Manager in Miami and Legrett worked in Rochester.
