Stephan Joins Envision America Weekend Lineup

Envision announced Thursday that Doug Stephan is now part of the America Weekend lineup. Stephan will be handling  Good Day Weekend as part of Envision Talk Network's America Weekend system. Envision notes that Stephan's addition brings over 15 hours of programming to America Weekend. The new lineup also includes hosts Rolland Smith, Carl Sabatino, Ed Kalegi, Mike Bennett, Valerie Smaldone, and Leslie Gold.

CRS Announces New Faces Lineup

12-1-14

The five acts to appear at CRS' New Faces of Country Music are Frankie Ballard, Sam Hunt, Maddie & Tae, Eric Paslay, and Cole Swindell. The 2015 New Faces of Country Music Show will be held Feb. 27, 2015 during Country Radio Seminar at the downtown Nashville Convention Center. Dinner tickets for the show are sold out. Seating-only admission is still available. Registrants will receive seating-only admission to the CRS New Faces of Country Music Show on a first-come, first-serve basis until the seating-only area is sold out. The $499 regular registration rate is now available at http://www.countryradioseminar.com/. The on-site registration rate will be announced closer to CRS.

ESPN New York Unveils New Lineup

With the departure of Steve A. Smith to SiriusXM, ESPN New York has announced its revamped lineup which will begins today. Mike Lupica's show will rin from 1 ? 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Ryan Ruocco and Dave Rothenberg will host a new daily program from noon ? 1 p.m.  Ruocco will also contribute to The Michael Kay Show. Alan Hahn and former Islanders goalie Rick DiPietro, who began working at 98.7FM August 11, will permanently host Monday through Friday from 7 ? 10 p.m. New York sports veteran Bill Daughtry?s role will expand ? while continuing to host New York Knicks broadcasts, he will now provide daily SportsCenter updates from noon ? 3 p.m. and The Bill Daughtry Show will double in length to four hours every Saturday, starting October 4, running each week from 8 a.m. ? noon.

The live and local morning show will include Former L.A. Clippers and UCLA star Marques Johnson who's teaming up with Jeanne Zelasko. The show will feature the longtime voice of the Clippers, Ralph Lawler, and others. The rest of the weekday lineup includes The Jim Rome Show from 9:00 a.m. ? Noon; Fred Roggin, from 12 noon ? 3:00 p.m.; the tandem of ex-NFL player George Wrighster and radio/TV host and journalist, Brett Winterble from 3:00 p.m. ? 7:00 p.m.; L.A. Houston Sports Talker Shuffles Lineup

4-21-14

Clear Channel's KBME in Houston has moved Fox's syndicated sports talker Jay Mohr from the 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to the 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. slot. Matt Thomas, who is a local host, will move into the 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. slot (from 2 p.m.-4 p.m.). The station is also moving Charlie Pallilo, who hosts The Drive Home, into the 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. slot. Pallilo was on from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The changes make the station live and local from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

CRS Announces "Team UMG" Lineup

This year?s performers are: Gary Allan, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Easton Corbin, Billy Currington, Vince Gill, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Scotty McCreery, Kip Moore, Kacey Musgraves, David Nail, Jon Pardi, Eric Paslay, Darius Rucker and Josh Turner. Clear Channel Announces New WOR Lineup

12-8-13

WOR will start the day with the "Elliot In The Morning" Show when the station revamps its format in 2014. The "Elliot in the Morning" show is currently heard on Washington DC's WWDC ­ DC101 ­and Richmond's WRXL. Elliot Segal talks sports, music, culture, news, and entertainment. He will move his show to New York City and continue to be heard on DC101 and WRXL.

"I'm excited to be coming back to New York, to a station with such a legendary history," said Segal. "We have built something very special in Washington, DC, and Richmond, and I'm beyond thrilled that the show will continue airing on DC/101 and XL-102. Now, WOR will be home to 'Elliot In The Morning' and I couldn't be more anxious to get going."

As previously announced, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, will be heard on WOR beginning January 1 in mid-day, with Limbaugh broadcasting from noon to 3 p.m. and Hannity from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

CRS Announces "Battle Of The Bands" Lineup

9-16-13 

For the second year in a row, representatives from labels and other music-affiliated companies have assembled bands to compete in the ?CRS Battle of the Bands? contest which will be held Sept. 26. This year?s bands are comprised of employees from Hard Rock Caf?, Renaissance Hotel, Sony Music Nashville, SunTrust Sports & Entertainment, and Warner Music Group.

CRS Executive Director Bill Mayne said, ?Last year?s event was such a success and we cannot wait to relive the fun once again. To add a little twist to the event, we expanded the lineup to include participants from other companies within the industry and not just labels." Proceeds from the event will go toward the CRS scholarship fund and the Country Radio Hall of Fame. The ?CRS Battle of the Bands? is a private, industry-only event.

Last year?s ?Battle of the Bands? was sold out and raised enough funds to enable the organization to create a new endowment, which will be announced soon. Band names and musicians will also be announced in the coming days. ?CRS Battle of the Bands? is held in conjunction with CRS fall board meetings. Board members are scheduled to be in attendance. Sponsors for the event are Country Aircheck, CMT, Hit Shop Records, Miller Lite, Nashville Convention and Visitors Bureau, SunTrust Sports & Entertainment, and William Morris Endeavor.

WCTC-AM New Jersey Gets New Lineup

8-23-13

Greater Media New Jersey announces 1450 WCTC-AM will launch a new lineup starting Monday. PD and On Air Personality Bert Baron will segue to mornings from middays with the launch of ?Jersey Central with Bert Baron? from 6 to 9 AM. Laura Ingraham will move up one hour from 9 AM to 12 Noon. Former New Jersey 101.5FM late night host Tommy G. will be heard from 12 Noon to 3PM.

In addition, the ?Steve Malzberg Show,? featuring the former New York TV and radio host, will return to the market, along with ?BTN Live,? a sports talk show that will air from 6 to 7 PM that focuses on the Big Ten conference that Rutgers University will move into next year.  WCTC-AM is the long-time Voice of Rutgers University Athletics.

McCullough Joins WMCA N.Y. Lineup

Salem's Christian Talker will add Kevin McCullough's local show on August 5. The show will be a return to WMCA by McCullough, who previously hosted a show on the station. He has also been heard on KKLA in L.A. and WMBI and WYLL in Chicago. McCullough said, "There are a mere handful of radio stations in the history of the medium with a past as legendary as WMCA. I'm excited to align myself with the team of (GM Jerry) Crowley and (VP/Director of Spoken Word Phil) Boyce, because I believe it bodes for an even more legendary future that is yet to come."

"Kevin has proven to be one of the true up-and-coming voices in Christian talk radio and we are delighted he will be able to join our team," said Salem VP/Director of Spoken Word Format Phil Boyce. "His afternoon program will be live and local, tackling issues of concern going on locally and in the world with a Christian world view."

McCullough's program will include discussion with local ministers about their concerns and how our listeners can relate to and understand major world events from a biblical perspective. "The addition of Kevin will allow WMCA to truly reflect the attitude of the city we serve, and be more responsive to community concerns," said WMCA Vice President and General Manager Jerry Crowley.

iHeartRadio Festival Lineup Announced Today

This morning at 8:30 ET Clear Channel will announce the 2013 lineup for the iHeartRadio Music Festival. This is the third year for the event being held September 20 and 21 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Ticketmaster has tickets ready to sell for between $71.00 and $664.00 per seat.

NBC Sports Radio Beefs Up Weekend Lineup

4-10-13

Dial Global and NBC Sports Radio have added two new weekend shows. Kup and Schultz, featuring Miami's Adam Kuperstein and Huffington Post sports columnist Jordan Schultz, will air Sundays 9 a.m.-12 noon. And, weekday overnight host Dan Schwartzman takes on a new weekend show, Schwartzman Saturdays, airing from 6-9 p.m., ET. The two shows round out NBC Sports Radio's weekend programming.

97.5 The Fanatic's New Weekday Lineup

Greater Media's 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia has a new weekday lineup as hosts Jon Marks and Sean Brace get their own show weekdays Noon-2 p.m. Marks most recently co-hosted with Tony Bruno and Brian Baldinger, weekdays 10 a.m.-Noon and Noon-2 p.m. respectively. Sean Brace also produced the Mike Missanelli Show for the past year. Also, NFL analyst, Brian Baldinger will now host with Joe DeCamara, from 6-7 p.m. (Monday-Friday).

A Blockbuster CRS Friday Lineup

Craig Morgan (pictured), Kellie Pickler, and Sarah Darling are all slated to perform Friday, March 1, at this year's Country Radio Seminar. The Black River Entertainment luncheon will be hosted by Black River CEO Gordon Kerr.

CRS Executive Director Bill Mayne said, "The talent lineup for CRS 2013 is extraordinary. The addition of Black River Entertainment to the Friday Luncheon and this great group of artists will make for another terrific event showcasing music to come in 2013."

CBS Sports Radio has tapped into several of its affiliates around the country for weekend duty on the 24-hour network. Greg Giannotti from KDKA in Pittsburgh covers the Saturday 2P-6P shift, Adam The Bull from WKRK will work Saturday nights from 10PM to 2AM and John Kincade from WCNN in Atlanta will cover Sunday mornings. CBS Sports Radio Fills Out Lineup Card

Veteran play-by-play announcer and radio host Chris Moore, and former football player and current CBS Sports Network analyst Brian Jones are the final piece to the CBS Sports Radio puzzle. The duo will host the 6-10 slot on the network. Moore was working for Fox Sports Radio as a host and spent time with ESPN, Sirius, and WQAM in Miami. Jones joined CBS Sports in 2005 as a college football studio analyst. The new network launches January 2.

CBS Unveils New Tampa Sports Lineup

The Fabulous Sports Babe is back as part of the new CBS sports lineup that was unveiled at a press conference at the Leroy Selmon Athletic Center in Tampa. Nanci Donnellan became the first national sports host when her show debuted back in 1994 on ESPN. She will take the overnight shift on the new CBS station where she is also a local resident.

The event was loud and crowded down in Tampa where we caught up with Donnellan who says her health is good after a bout with cancer and she is very excited to be working with CBS. The Fabulous Sports Babe was syndicated on nearly 300 radio stations when with ESPN. She says when she got cancer she needed a break and now she's ready to get back at it.

Kirk McEwen and Chris Dingman will host mornings. McEwen is a rock jock from the Baltimore and DC area and Dingman was part of the 2004 Tampa Bay Lightning Stanley Cup Championship team.

iHeartRadio Concert Lineup Announced This Morning

Clear Channel will be announcing the lineup for the 2012 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas this morning at 9AM. Ryan Seacrest will be making the announcement, across Clear Channel stations. The event will be held September 21st and 22nd in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand.

2012 iHeartRadio Festival Lineup To Be Announced Monday

Last year millions of people watched and listened to the first-ever iHEARTRADIO MUSIC FESTIVAL, a two-day music event hosted by RYAN SEACREST that made music history by being the biggest live concert festival ever.
The festival featured performances by some of the biggest names in popular music today, including LADY GAGA, COLDPLAY, THE BLACK EYED PEAS, JENNIFER LOPEZ, CARRIE UNDERWOOD, NICKI MINAJ, DAVID GUETTA, BRUNO MARS and KELLY CLARKSON at THE MGM GRAND in LAS VEGAS for two consecutive nights last year.
iHEARTRADIO and CCM+E stations are now plugging iHEARTRADIO's 2012 festival, with promos running that the lineup will be announced on MONDAY, JULY 9th.
