It was 20 years ago that a group of researchers, Arbitron experts, and radiophiles converged to create a company that would help radio stations understand and exploit their ratings information. Happy Birthday to the team at Research Director. They are celebrating 20 years in business.
According to Managing Partner Marc Greenspan, it has been a team effort. ?Our success is due to the dedicated efforts of our terrific staff, several of whom have been with us for more than 10 years. We?re also incredibly grateful for the support we?ve received from so many long-term clients over the past two decades.
