Olberman Donates Big To His College Station

The Cornell University radio station WVBR-FM will soon be called the Olbermann-Corneliess Studios after the former MSNBC and ESPN star made a substantial donation. Keith Olbermann graduated from Cornell in 1979 where he was the sports director for the upstate New York college radio station. Olbermann purchased naming rights to the studio as part of a $935,000 capital campaign, of which $555,431 has been raised. The studio will be named in honor of Olbermann?s late father, Theodore Olbermann, and former program director Glenn Corneliess.
