Cloutier becomes Director of Human Resources for the company. In her new role, she creates and implements programs and initiatives for training and development while also overseeing benefit programs, compensation planning and administration, talent acquisition strategies, and employee performance management. Based at company headquarters in Los Angeles, Cloutier reports to President Howard Kalmenson.
