The New York Radio discussion board is talking about how, after nearly 15 years talking to mayors on the radio, legendary radio host John Gambling has not had any luck booking Mayor de Blasio. Gambling, now on 970AM The Answer, had regular talks with Mayors Bloomberg and Giuliani when he worked at WOR. He's now turned to Twitter to try to goad the mayor into coming on the air. He told the Daily News he believes he's getting the brush-off because he's a conservative.
