Investor Moves To Revamp Fisher Board

Fisher Communications shareholder FrontFour Capital, a hedge fund managed by David Lorber, has informed Fisher that it will move to nominate four new members to Fisher's board at the company's 2011 shareholders' meeting. Lorber is a member of the the boards of both Fisher and Huntingdon Real Estate Investment Trust, whose bid to purchase Fisher was rejected in December.
