A slew of filings with the SEC last night show a bunch of Cumulus stock being sold and purchased. CEO Lew Dickey sells 7,349 shares totaling just under $3 million. Co-COO John Dickey sells over 6,000 shares for just under $2 million. And, Co-COO Jon Pinch sold a little over 2,000 shares for $256,000. Crestview Partners purchased just under 1.5 million shares of Cumulus stock for over $180 million.
