Joe Weiss has spent the past 17 years with University of New Mexico Athletics, most recently as the GM for Lobo Sports Properties (Learfield Sports), where he oversaw the university athletic department's corporate sponsorship program. He moves to American General Media as the director of sales. Prior to Lobo Sports Properties, Weiss was assistant athletic director for sales and marketing for UNM Athletics, where he served as the head of all marketing, sponsorships, and tickets sales. Weiss holds an MBA from UNM's Anderson School of Management and a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University.
