Emmis: Another No DecisionEmmis Communications has postponed a shareholders' meeting set to be held tonight to decide on an exchange of stock that is key to CEO Jeff Smulyan's bid to take the company private, the Indianapolis Business Journal reports. Shareholders are set to meet again Friday morning to try again to decide the fate of the many-times-delayed buyout deal.
