At a Goldman Sachs investor conference Liberty Media Chief Executive Greg Maffei gave another indication that Mel Karmazin may not be long for Sirius XM. Maffei said Karmazin could be replaced when his contract expires at the end of the year. He said Mel was valuable but not irreplaceable. "I think there are plenty of people who could do a great job running the business." Liberty is moving closer to taking control of Sirius.
