It's just a matter of time now as Liberty Media continues to methodically purchase shares of Sirius XM, climbing closer to majority ownership. Another SEC document filed last night shows another 1.17 million shares were purchased on September 7th, and over 30 Million on September 10th . That gives Liberty a 49.7% stake in the company up from 49.2%.
