Crandall is the host of "The Breakfast Club," and Program Director at KEZW in Denver. He takes home the 2012 Rex Howell Award for Broadcaster of the Year from the Colorado Broadcasters Association. Crandall has been a staple of Denver's broadcast community since he joined KEZW in 1991.
Crandall has traveled as far as South Africa with listeners on his now famous "Listener Trips." He has also won numerous other awards, including the National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Award for Adult Standards Station of the Year, and the Colorado Broadcasters Association Harry Hoth Award for Public Service.
In addition, the Colorado Broadcasters Association announced the 2012 Stations of the Year:
