Tri-Cities radio listeners lost a familiar voice Sunday with the death of longtime radio newsman Charlie Stuchell. Stuchell lost his long battle with cancer at the age of 64. The Tri-Cities is a region along the Tennessee-Virginia border. Bristol Broadcasting owns 21 stations in Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Corporate headquarters are located in Bristol, Virginia. Funeral arrangements for Stuchell are pending.
