Boston.com is reporting that local politicians are boycotting appearing on WPRO-AM because John DePetro used a vulgarity to describe protesters back in September. DePetro called protesters outside a fundraiser for potential Democratic gubernatorial candidate Gina Raimondo parasites, cockroaches, ??union hags,?? and ??whores.?? He later apologized by calling into his own show. He's not been on the air for two weeks and there's been no explanation why. DePetro was fired from WRKO-AM back in 2006 for calling a gubernatorial candidate a ??fat lesbian.?? Read more HERE
