Romano?s duties as Executive Vice President of Programming for Clear Channel's East Major Markets are expanding. Romano will now also oversee programming talent recruitment and development for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment. Clear Channel says Romano will "lead our efforts to recruit the very best and will work closely with our programming team nationwide to identify the future stars already inside the company to mentor, grow, and provide the tools and resources for their continued advancement."
