David Pogue writes for Yahoo News and every year he hands out, in an article, what he calls the Pogie award. This year's article is called, "The most amazing, incredible, deliriously exciting tech ideas of 2013." And the NextRadio app is second on his list, behind the thief-proof iPhone. Pogue's big reason for putting NextRadio on his list: the fact it does not use data.
