In an interview with USA TODAY, Pandora founder Tim Westergren said Apple would provide "some serious competition ... but we haven't lacked for competition." He also told the paper that Clear Channel's iHeartRadio hasn't had an impact on the service either. "Our growth wasn't slowed." When Clear Channel re-launched iHeartRadio, Pandora had 100 million listeners. Now it has over 160 million, according to the story in the paper. Pandora has now been around for 12 years.
