The FCC comes down hard on four FMs in Casper, Wyoming, for not having a complete public file. The commission inspected the stations in August of 2011 and alleges that KASS-FM, KHOC-FM, KMLD-FM, and KQLT-FM were missing 23 consecutive quarters of issues/programs lists. Every quarter was missing since the commission granted the renewals back in 2005. Each station was issued an NAL of $15,000 and has 30 days to get into compliance. This is not the first time Mt. Rushmore has felt the wrath of the FCC.
