Amar is named morning show co-host. She'll team with WASH-FM?s Loo Katz weekdays from 5-9:00 a.m. EST. Amar is a Washington, D.C. native and shortly after college landed her first job in the radio industry. Since 1996 she has been working in the Washington, D.C. market and has held a variety of radio roles including news reporter/anchor, morning show side-kick, afternoon personality, and traffic reporter.
