Radio Express CEO Barbara Rounds got together with with Sir Richard Branson, Founder of Virgin Group, recently in the new downtown Mexico City offices of Virgin Group. They met to celebrate the launch of Virgin Mobile Mexico with some of Radio Express' radio station clients in Mexico that carry the Virgin Radio International brand. Rounds has been managing the Latin American market for Radio Express since 1987.
