Masslive.com has all the details about Carr who recently left Entercom's WRKO (1510) in Boston. Carr says, "I got a much better deal with WMEX than I did with WKRO. It wasn't even close." Carr is planning to take the show national. Carr's show will be heard 3-7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Carr started at WRKO in 1989 as the host of a weekly program known as The Governors. He started full time as the station's afternoon drive-time host in 1994. WMEX is currently owned by Blackstrap Broadcasting.
