Following the July sale of KHJ 930AM in Los Angeles to Catholic Broadcasters, Liberman Broadcasting has moved its La Ranchera format to the FM band. The new home for the format is KWIZ-FM 96.7. Liberman VP of Broadcasting Eddie Leon said, ?For over two decades the La Ranchera brand has entertained L.A.?s huge Mexican listenership as the leading AM station in the market with great music, great on-air personalities, and a winning format. It was essential that we continue to bring this heritage brand to the market, and we are thrilled to announce its new FM-band home."
