Bloomberg reports Geraldo, who was let go by Cumulus, is claiming Cumulus backed out of a $600,000 deal for him to host his show in 2016. Geraldo, who threatened to sue Cumulus over being locked out of his studio, followed through and filed the lawsuit Wednesday in state court in New York. Rivera claims Cumulus, under new CEO Mary Berner refused to honor his $600,000 2016 contract, one he negotiated with John Dickey.
