(By Ed Ryan) At times, the amended Nielsen document filed against Todd Clem reads like a spy novel with a "Cooperating Panelist" picking up cash in various locations and clandestine meetings alleged to have taken place between the Tampa host and the PPM panelist. What isn't fiction is how seriously Nielsen is taking this, and that it appears Clem is going to be the poster boy for any other jock that considers tampering with radio's currency.
