As the new GM Steve Kosbau will report to Times-Shamrock COO for Radio & Outdoor Mitch Dolan. Kosbau will assume full operating responsibility for all three of the company's stations in Milwaukee. Kosbau has spent the majority of his career in Washington, DC and Detroit. He began his career as a DJ at KGGO/KIOA in Des Moines.
