Struble: HD Can Help In Radio's Recovery

iBiquity President/CEO Bob Struble says in his the latest column that the industry leaders he talked with at last month's NAB Show largely believe radio is on the road to recovery, although "no one is declaring victory yet." And, he says, "HD Radio technology can help in that recovery."
