A patent-infringement lawsuit filed against Apple, Google, AOL, Facebook, eBay, Netflix, Office Depot, Office Max, Staples, Yahoo, and Google-owned YouTube by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen has been thrown out as insufficiently specific, the Wall Street Journal reports. A spokesman for Allen called the dismissal a "procedural issue" and said the suit will continue. |
