There's always a lot of emphasis placed on national ad spending when the RAB releases its quarterly spending numbers. However, there are a lot of medium and small market General Managers and Sales Managers who will never see that money. We all know that national ad spending dries up when a certain arbitron ranking is reached. It's nice to know the bigger markets are making gains but what about the other guys? We asked RAB Boss Jeff Haley to tell us what he hears from other RAB members in those other markets. |
