The owners of Black Card Radio founded the company "on the belief that radio's approach needs to change". The one-year-old company was founded by Saville Kellner and Bill Handel of Ontario, California. The new show will begin April 4th and feature David Stein. It will run overnights from 1AM to 5AM. Stein is currently heard on more than 70 stations as part of the Sporting News Network. |

Recently, Radio Ink editor Ed Ryan asked me to review a few survey results he received from the Fort Myers Radio listening area. A survey was sent out to about 2,000 Fort Myers residents. We wanted to know if they believed there was too much clutter on the Radio. While, it would have been awesome if all responses were positive and supportive about our radio stations, it seems as if many listeners are not satisfied with what we're doing. There's always a lot of emphasis placed on national ad spending when the RAB releases its quarterly spending numbers. However, there are a lot of medium and small market General Managers and Sales Managers who will never see that money.
