Greater Media is bringing the International Radio Festival Zurich to three of its major markets. Boston (96.9-HD2), Detroit (105.1-HD2), and Philadelphia (93.3-HD2) will simulcast the third edition of the event from September 12-16. President and CEO of iBiquity Bob Struble said, "We are excited that Greater Media will bring the International Radio Festival to U.S. listeners on a network of HD2/HD3 channels. This is precisely what HD Radio Technology is about -- enabling radio stations to bring unique content to their listeners and advertisers."
The IRF celebrates and showcases global contemporary music radio. This year?s festival will feature three studios in Zurich: the famous Schloss Sihlberg Villa for the day programs; the official IRF hotel Four Points Sihlcity Sheraton for the morning breakfast show; and the Cabaret Club for the evening, featuring club music formats.
