Lotus Communications has promoted Jasmin Dorismond, formerly Corporate Controller, to the newly created position of Vice President, Corporate Controller. In her new role, she joins upper management in creating strategic initiatives for the company while continuing to oversee the day-to-day financial and business operations.

Dorismond?s career spans 20 years with diversified experience in accounting, finance, management, regulatory compliance, human resources, payroll and risk management. Prior to joining Lotus Communications Corp. in 2000, she served as Controller at Tecorp Automotive, Inc.
