Kashon Powell is the new PD for Radio One's Urban AC "My Magic 102.3" in DC. Powell most recently served as station manager of WNSB-FM at Norfolk State University. Her radio career spans from APD at WDAS in Philadelphia to PD at KWSA in Norfolk and The Box in Houston. Radio One DC GM Alan Leinwand said, ?We are very fortunate to have a programming talent the caliber of Kashon joining our team. She is driven, creative, and respected within the industry.
