Andrew Justis, the manager of Christian radio station 98.1 FM The Word, has filed for candidacy in the District 4 seat in San Angelo, Texas. The 51-year-old Justis tells the Standard-Times, "I felt like it was just time to get involved. Sometimes a new set of ideas makes a big difference."
