Rick Strauss returns as Program Director to WIYY-FM 98 Rock/Baltimore, Strauss served as PD at WIYY from 1994 to 2002. Strauss recently served ten years at iHeartMedia in New York as Senior Director of Digital Music Programming. He also has held programming duties at WMGK-FM/Philadelphia and WZZO/Allentown.
