Cumulus Media Buffalo Names Two Co-GSMs

Cumulus Media Buffalo Names Two Co-GSMs.  In Buffalo, Cumulus Media beefs up its sales force with the addition of Chris Saglian and the promotion of local sales manager Ryan McCrohan.  The pair will servesaglianchris as co-general sales managers for the cluster.  Saglian is a 14-year radio sales pro who joins Cumulus from Entercom's Rochester station group where he was local sales manager.  Prior to that, he'd mccrohanryanserved with Cox Media Group as GSM in Atlanta.   Cumulus Buffalo VP/market manager Steve Bearance comments, "I am very excited to bring Chris back to Buffalo and reunite him with Ryan as co-GSMs.  The experiences Chris has gained around the country with different companies along with Ryan's 16 years within our local stations will create a dynamic duo that will build a sales leadership alchemy for our local sales staff and overall culture in the building."
Crenshaw Appointed OM for Cumulus Youngstown.  This is a move within Cumulus Media for programmer John Crenshaw who leaves his regional operations manager post for the company's 10 stations in the Grand Rapids and Northern Michigan markets to return to his home state of Ohio to take on the operationscrenshawjohn manager post in the Youngstown market where he started his career 30 years ago at WOKG.  Cumulus SVP Gary Pizzati says, "We're thrilled to bring John back home and at the helm of station operations in Youngstown.  John has roots in northeast Ohio which will be instrumental in our next phase of growth with our iconic brands."  In Youngstown, Cumulus operates CHR WHOT "HOT 101," classic rock WYFM "Y103," rock WWIZ "Rock 104," country WQXK "K105," sports talk simulcast WLLF-FM/WBBW-AM, news/talk WPIC, and talk WSOM.
Drew and Tory Leave '101.7 The Bull' for New Pastures.  Today's broadcast was the last at Titan Broadcasting's country KBKB, Burlington, Iowa "101.7 The Bull" for morning duo "Drew and Tory" – Andrew Kirby and Tory Wuychuck.  They're headed to a yet-to-be-announced gig in California.  Effective Monday (7/25), Chris Michaels will take over the morning show.
NASHDrakeWhiteDrake White Hits the NASH Campus.  Country artist Drake White spent a little time on Cumulus Media's NASH Campus in Nashville this week where he chatted with "NASH Nights Live" co-hosts Elaina Smith and Shawn Parr about touring with the Zac Brown Band, his song "Livin' the Dream," and binge-watching "Game of Thrones!"  The DOT Records artist is getting ready to release his new album, Spark.  Pictured here are (l-r): NASH director of programming John Shomby, Smith, White, and Parr.
