Citadel Broadcasting has filed suit against Renda Broadcasting in the U.S. District Court in Oklahoma over the use of the "Bob" name for Adult Hits stations. Citadel contends that Renda's use of the "Bob" name for KBEZ/Tulsa is intended to "sell competing radio broadcasting services to many of the same consumers" served by Citadel's KQOB (Bob FM) in Oklahoma City. |
