Field: Q3 'Not Up To Our Standards'

Entercom President/CEO David Field (pictured) said Entercom "did not perform up to our standards" in the third quarter, as net revenue was $102.7 million, up 3 percent from $99.7 million in the same period a year ago. Net income in the quarter was $10.7 million (29 cents per basic share), compared to $18.3 million (50 cents).

Emmis Gets Nasdaq Notification

Emmis Communications has received notification from Nasdaq that the company's class A common stock has fallen below the required $1 a share minimum for 30 consecutive business days. The company has until May 2, 2011 to bring the share price back up. Chairman/CEO Jeff Smulyan said, "We are actively evaluating our alternatives."
