Kelly Jarvis is the new Director of Digital Media for Baltimore?s SHINE-FM. The station is owned by the evangelical organization, Peter and John Radio Fellowship. Jarvis most recently worked for iBiquity Digital as Senior Manager of Broadcast Marketing. She has also worked at three major broadcast groups in the D.C. area in both promotions and sales and is currently President of the National Capital Area Chapter of the Alliance for Women in Media.
