The Milwaukee Radio Alliance has promoted Michelle Rutkowski to Program Director at FM 102/1 (WLUM-FM). Rutkowski has been with WLUM-FM for eight years since its inception in 2006, the last three as Music Director. Rutkowski also hosts the midday shift.
