In an attempt to avoid the impression that Bush is skirting campaign laws, Jeb Bush's lawyer is requesting that a Florida man stop running ads promoting Bush as a presidential candidate. Attorney Charlie Spies managed to get the supporter, Jay Schorr, to change the ad after Spies vowed to "vigorously pursue all possible legal remedies" against Schorr in a cease and desist letter, reports Reuters.
