Former syndicated radio host and attorney Warren Ballentine, who this week was sentenced to three years of probation for his role in helping some buyers fraudulently purchase real estate, told WAOK/Atlanta that the judge told him privately that he should appeal his conviction as the judge was exiting the bench.
