iHeartMedia announced the promotion of Keith Hotchkiss to the role of Market President of its six-station Charlotte cluster. He has been with the company for nearly 17 years, most recently serving as the Charlotte market's SVP of sales. Hotchkiss replaces Charlie Wilkinson, who was transferred to Dallas as Market President in March.
