iHeartMedia announced the promotion of Matt Tell to program director for KQQL/Minneapolis-St. Paul. A rookie PD, he had been serving as APD since August 2013. He also has been serving as director of promotions for the iHM Minneapolis cluster, a responsibility he will continue. Tell has been with iHM Minneapolis for 19 years.
