Earlier today Cox Media Group announced it was looking to sell radio stations in 6 markets (see next story). The stations are located in medium sized markets and CMG wants to shift its focus to mostly top 50 markets. Announcing publicly which markets and specific stations are up for sale is not something you see often. CMG Executive Vice President for Broadcast Bill Hoffman explains why the company made the announcement and says he hopes to have a buyer within 6 months. LISTEN HERE
